How do I apply for a role with Gitmeid Law?

Applying through the portal is quick and easy and also makes sure that everyone on the hiring team has immediate access to your application.
What is the best way to format my resume?
While our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) allows for creativity, our Hiring Managers prefer a resume in a simple and clean format. It should be easy to read and capture all the important information at the top.
Please submit your resume in a PDF format. Please don't scan a pdf as an image. Use one standard font throughout the entire document.

Yes, you may apply for more than one at a time. But we kindly ask you to be exceptionally intentional about the positions you're applying for.

- Review the job description in advance and be prepared to ask questions of your own.
- Be on time. We understand changes in schedule may arise, so please let us know asap if we need to reschedule.
- Set up early and remove yourself from distractions, loud public areas and noises.
- Make sure your phone/hardware is charged and ensure that camera/audio is working properly.
- For Phone Interviews - set up a professional voicemail and make sure your mailbox is not full.
- For Video Interviews - be mindful of your background. A blurred or professional background is acceptable. Make sure to keep your face in camera at eye-level and dress for success!

- We will conduct background checks
- We will send you some onboarding documentation to get the admin out of the way
- Welcome pack with information about your first day
- We will get your equipment ready and shipped to you in advance of your first day

What's your approach to remote work?
We have a lot of remote employees. We also have a lot of employees that live near one of our offices, and for those people we've found that generally the hybrid model works best.
